Returns
If you’re happy we’re happy. We want to make your experience
with us is as pleasurable as possible. We know that not every item
will be a perfect fit, and therefore we have a convenient return policy.
Unworn items with the tags still attached may be returned to the
address below within 30 days of purchase date and must be accompanied
with original sales receipt or with our e-mail confirmation of
your order (you pay the return shipping). We will not accept worn
shoes or other items unless you have been given issued a return
authorization number (RA#).
Note: FOR YOUR PROTECTION WHEN SENDING BACK ITEMS WE RECOMMEND
YOU INSURE YOUR PACKAGE. WE WILL ONLY REIMBURSE SHIPPING CHARGES
IN THE EVENT OF A PRODUCT DEFECT OR SHIPPING ERROR ON OUR PART.
When returning shoes back please be sure they are in their original
box(es). There will be a $5 charges for each pair of shoes returned
without their original box or box that has been damaged and not
in usable condition. Please do not use the shoe box that accompanies
each pair of shoes as the return shipping box.
Sale and Discounted Merchandise - The purchase of any and all sale or discounted item is final. Sale and discount merchandise may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Exchanges
You may exchange your unworn item(s) within 30 days by sending them
to the address below with either a copy of the original sales receipt
(if you received one) or your e-mail confirmation message/receipt.
Fred and Company's free shipping policy applies only to the first
exchange on an order. All exchange shipments are sent via standard
ground service. You you would like to upgrade your return shipping
method may include a note in the box detailing which mode of shipping
you prefer, or if you choose to handle the exchange agreement by
phone you may mention it at that time. Additional charges will
apply for an upgraded shipping method.
Returns received 30 days after the date of delivery are not eligible
for credit. Fred & Co., at its sole discretion, will either returned
the order to the customer at customer's expense or grant an exchange.
Note: For your protection when sending back items we recommend you
insure the package. We do not reimburse you for shipping charges
on returns and exchanges sent back to us, unless there was an error
on our part. You pay for the return shipping. Shipping is free on
the original pair(s) and on the first exchange only. Also, when sending
shoes back please be sure they are in their original box(es).
Exchange Methods
Standard Exchange: You may send the shoes back to us with
a note directing us as to what you need (e.g. style, color, size).
If they are in stock, we will send out the new pair(s) or inform
you of when they would be available.
Expedited Exchange: You may call or e-mail to inform us of the
exchange, letting us know which style(s), color(s), and size(s) you
are exchanging for. We will charge your card for the new pair(s),
if they are in stock and send them out right away. When we receive
the “old”pair we will credit your card.

Worn Items
We do not accept worn items for return. Worn items that are received by Fred & Company will be shipped back
to the customer. The appropriate shipping costs will be added to the credit card used to for payment of the original order. If

Refused Shipments
Please note that if you refuse to receive a shipment and the item
is returned to us without prior authorization there will be a $15
restocking charge assessed per pair of shoes returned.

- Order Online
The fastest most convenient way to order. Select the pair(s) of
shoe(s) you would like to order, use the shopping cart feature
pull-down menus to select size and color options, click the ADD
TO CART and then proceed to check-out. We utilize a secure transaction
server that encrypts all communications between your computer
our ours. This ensures all your information is safe and secure.
- Order by Phone
Not yet comfortable ordering online or have a question you need answered
promptly before order? Call us toll free at 1-877-363-2338 to speak
with us directly. To assure that we can promptly assist you please
have the following information available: shoe style number(s),
color(s), and size(s) of the shoe(s) you wish to purchase; your
name; telephone number; e-mail address; credit card number with
expiration date; and shipping address (UPS will not ship to a PO
box).
- Order by Fax
Know what you want and are in rush or don't have access to a computer?
Fax the information to 920-868-3338. We need to following information
to complete a fax order: shoe style number(s), color(s), and size(s)
of the shoe(s) you wish to purchase; your name; telephone number;
e-mail address; credit card number with expiration date; and shipping
address (UPS will not ship to a PO box). We will contact you via
email or phone to confirm your order or pass along any other information.

Please be sure to include your email address (if you have one) and
telephone number as well as the shoe style number(s), color(s), and
size(s) of the shoe(s) you wish to purchase.
I ordered, Now What?
All orders are processed with 10 business days. If there is an expected
delay in shipping your order we will contact you with this specific
information. All order are shipped free of charged within the continental
United States via UPS Ground Service. UPS will only delivery to a Physical Street Address. They will not delivery to a PO
Box. We can deliver to your PO Box via USPS Priority mail service
for an additional $5 fee. Delivery time times vary from 2 - 5 business days.
Most packages are delivered within 3 days of shipping. Please note
that free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the continental
United States. We will gladly ship to states and US Territories
outside of the continental US for an additional fee to be determined
prior to shipping your order. This additional shipping charge will
be added to your order at shipping time and will not appear on
your initial order confirmation.
SHIPPING
Orders over $75 ship via Standard Ground: Free* (Each additional pair: Free) - REQUIRES
STREET ADDRESS
* - Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within
the continental United States and with a totaling more than $65 prior
to shipping charges being added.
Orders of $75 or less cost $9.25 for UPS Ground Shippings,
USPS: $9.25 per order - Applies only if we must delivery to a PO Box
or APO address

Please note that expedited shipping can only be used for items that
are IN STOCK. In addition there may be a day's delay in order
processing, and shipping time is impacted by weekends and holidays.
There is a $20 shipping charge for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.
